Tony is a commercial lawyer with over 20 years experience advising individuals and corporate entities in contentious and non-contentious matters. He has practised in the City of London and off shore in Gibraltar where he is admitted as a solicitor and advocate.

His non-contentious practice includes advising on and drafting on international and domestic commercial contracts including share sale and purchase and financial services. He has also worked offshore and has significant experience of advising and managing trust issues.

He deals also with domestic and international commercial litigation arising out of amongst others things commercial contracts, corporate/shareholder disputes, banking, insurance and international trade. He has represented trustees and beneficiaries in trust disputes onshore and offshore and acted for claimants and defendants in fraud litigation.

Further, he has a niche shipping practice with the yacht market a particular speciality. In his yachting practise and as part of his a non-contentious practise he advises High Net Worth Individuals and owners in the purchase of yachts, including super and mega yachts. He can advise on suitable structures for the ownership of yachts which are to be used for pleasure or for commercial exploitation.
