Stephen Alter qualified as a solicitor in 1975. He brings a wide range of expertise and experience in all aspects of transactional property matters, having specialised in this field for over 30 years.

Stephen trained in the City before moving to the West End where he has practiced since the mid 1970's, setting up his own practice in 1980, before subsequently acting as a consultant to other firms.

Stephen has acted for individual and corporate retailers, investors and lenders and continues to act on all property matters from residential conveyancing, through to complex commercial portfolio, acquisitions, disposals and securitisation.
