Trainee Solicitor
Samira graduated from Kings College London and obtained a 2.1 degree in Law, prior to successfully completing her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Bloomsbury with a Distinction.
She then commenced employment as a Caseworker dealing with corporate immigration cases. She had conduct of her own cases and advised a range of employers from household names to new start up business on the immigration laws. She was then employed by Community Service Volunteers, the biggest volunteering charity in the UK where she managed the commercial leases of up to 35 locations nationwide and was responsible for the company's insurance policies which involved up to fourteen policies.
Samira has had a range of voluntary and legal work experience, this includes her role as an Advisor at the College of Law, Legal Advice Centre, where she managed her own cases and dealt with enquires from the public. She has also volunteered at various laws centres, assisting in immigration, welfare and family matters as well as voluntary work with the Islington Youth Offending team.
Since joining Cramer Pelmont in October 2011 as a Trainee Solicitor Samira has been assisting the Property department in a wide range of residential conveyancing matters and now assists Mark Barnett in Cavendish Square.
