Richa graduated from Queen Mary, University of London in 2007 with a First class Honours Degree in Law before completing her Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School London in 2008 with a Distinction.

She then worked as a Paralegal and Policy Assistant in the Credit Policy Group of the Office of Fair Trading where she was actively involved in working for high impact projects such as the implementation of the Consumer Credit Directive. She also worked for the Cartels and Criminal Enforcement Group in the investigation and enforcement of high profile cases brought under the Competition Act 1998.

Richa has had other voluntary, commercial and legal work experience throughout her years at university and beyond. This includes her role as a Student Adviser in her university's Legal Advice Centre, undertaking a work placement at DLA Piper UK LLP and working as a Technical Legislation Annotator for Sweet & Maxwell's Westlaw website.

Since joining Cramer Pelmont in April 2011 as a Trainee Solicitor Richa has been assisting the Property department in a wide range of residential and commercial conveyancing matters, and frequently assists the Litigation department.

Richa is competent in written and spoken Hindi and has good knowledge of spoken Punjabi.

In her spare time Richa enjoys going to the gym, playing badminton and traveling.
