Keith Brooks qualified as a solicitor in 1984. He was admitted as an equity partner into a niche West End Practice in 1986, where he became one of the managing partners in 1998. Keith joined Cramer Pelmont in 2005.

Keith works on all aspects of residential conveyancing for both home-owner/occupiers and investors. He also focuses on all types of property for the purpose of development and portfolio acquisition. This includes advising on and setting up off-shore companies as purchasing vehicles where appropriate.

Keith represents several companies who transact on Brownfield Sites and Contaminated land, and is fully conversant with the technical and legal aspects for ground remediation. We feel that being able to offer such specialist advice in this complex area is a tremendous asset for a local practice and enables us to compete with city based firms.

Keith also offers advice on subject-to-planning and overage transactions, deals with lease acquisition and disposal, in addition to renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
