Gwynn Parry is Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and Commissioner for Oaths. He lives in Muswell Hill. He is now embarking on his tenth successful year at Cramer Pelmont previously having worked in Brighton, East Sussex for a firm of solicitors in the historic part of The Lanes.

Gwynn is enthusiastic and committed to his clients achieving the best results possible. He is efficient and enjoys dealing with his clients many of whom return for him to act on their behalf on a regular basis.

He specialises in Residential Conveyancing which encompasses sales, purchases, transfers of equity and Housing Association sales, purchases and final stair-casing transactions.He also deals with Landlord and Tenant matters such as lease extensions which are either agreed by consent or where notices have to be served, acting for either the lessee or the landlord and deals with applications to the Residential Property Tribunal Service.

Gwynn is a fluent Welsh speaker who enjoys speaking in French and Italian from time to time too.
