Managing Partner

Dr Alexis Brassey is the Managing Partner of Cramer Pelmont LLP. He is responsible for strategy and senior recruitment. Alexis previously worked in senior management at a number of investment banks including Citibank Inc., Lehman Brothers Inc., Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Barclays Capital (previously BZW) advising UK domestic and international blue chip companies, central banks and governments. He is a qualified solicitor and fund manager as well as a published author of several books and journals in the field of economics, finance and psychology. Alexis also holds the Ernst and Young Finance Dissertation Prize.

Alexis maintains a broad practice of clients and specialises in financial structuring, corporate structuring as well as complex commercial dispute resolution and commercial negotiation. He also advises and lectures in the field of employment law.

Alexis is on the management committee of Cramer Pelmont LLP.
