Cramer Pelmont are able to offer the full range of Notarial Services as provided by Mark Barnett, a Consultant and Notary Public.
A Notary Public is a specially qualified individual, who is authorised to verify and authenticate documents for use abroad.
Documents and situations that often require Notarisation include the following:
- Individual Powers of Attorney, particularly those related to sale and purchase of foreign property
- Corporate Powers of Attorney from English Companies
- Issuing Certificates of Goodstanding for English Companies
- Establishment by English companies of foreign subsidiaries
- Obtaining certified copies of passports and educational qualifications
- Statutory Declarations and affidavits
- Opening of foreign bank accounts, for both individuals and companies
Legalisation Services
As part of his role as a Notary Public, Mark is also able to offer a Legalisation Service whereby documents which are required by the receiving party to be Apostilled in accordance with the Hague Convention, by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, both on an urgent and non urgent basis, as well as further legalisation where required by Foreign Embassies in London.
Travelling
Mark is prepared to travel to a client's office or home, where convenient, to carry out this service, for a small additional charge.
